Return Eligibility

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing:

• Photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund, as applicable.

Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only applicable for products received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, subject to verification.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Kavishri Organics will arrange the return pickup or reimburse the applicable return shipping charges.

For returns requested for any other reason, return shipping charges (if applicable) may be borne by the customer.
