Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse.
• Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy, if applicable.

How to Cancel an Order

To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with the following details:

• Order Number
• Customer Name
• Registered Mobile Number
• Reason for Cancellation (Optional)

Cancellation Refund

• If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be initiated.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Cancellation requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

• The order has already been shipped.
• The order has already been delivered.
• The product has been dispatched to the courier partner for delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders can also be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer support team.
